Upcoming workshops:

“Empowering the Newborn Mother”

Date, price and location coming soon!

This class is designed for first-time expecting mothers to become more informed, ask questions, and empower themselves. In this class, we will cover what to expect physically postpartum. From day 1 and the following two years.  We will go over what changes to expect mentally and emotionally. Talk about your expectations, how to frame them, how to prepare for them, and how to pivot when plans change. We cover the basics of newborn care, breast/chest/bottle feeding, and where to look when we need more information. Who can we trust in the information age? This class will be informative and also provide for safe space for self-reflection, airing concerns, and asking questions about topics your mom, aunties, and peers may not have shared with you. The goal here is to dedicate time, space, and energy to thinking beyond the delivery of your new baby, and invest in planning and preparation for the physical and emotional transition of being a new parent.
